The Region
Apulia is an extended region of the Southern Adriatic whose variety of landscapes and historical heritage is impressive.
From the marvelous promontory of the Gargano where mountains, woods, beaches and the sea harmoniously blend together, to the inland mountains and finally reaching the plains in the south that hypen two seas, this land proposes marvels of nature spiced by a deep historical heritage that is characteristic of Southern Italy.

Facing Greece, Apulia's heritage spans prehistoric times, Ancient Greece, the Roman Empire and Sannitic civilisations... Without forgetting the numerous gothic or romanesque monuments, the baroque Lecce or the ever-famous castles commissioned by Frederic II.
